It was like the first half of the season, raceweekend after raceweekend national championship followed by an international championship.
It’s almost a common thing, but the beginning of a season is followed by the end of a season.
After the Dutch Championship, World Superbikes and MotoGP there are just 2 events left with big names in it, although the events are divided by the last round of the Dutch Championship. The first of these 2 events was the German Championship are so called IDM which stands for the Internationale Deutsches Motorradmeisterschaft.
Although I can’t watch races like a fan or let’s say so that I can’t watch races as a fan when I’m on the track I still love the seconds, minutes, hours, days that I spent on the track.
But it’s pretty obvious that I like to be surrounded by the smell of burned rubber, the intoxicating fumes of smoking exhausts and the sweet smell of champagne after victory or at least the battle to become first or fastest.
I hope to show the IDM pictures pretty quick, but as a freelance photographer and an technical engineer life cuts both ways. No time to photograph or no time to do some engineering.
